Morons in disguise ... Many times I wonder, how cruel life can be? While there are many capable engineers with good knowledge on techie stuff who are jobless, there are alot of morons who are actually working in the position where a real qualified engineer should be working. It really beats me on how these guys/gals manage to get this job. Company politics really bites ... people in the ass (at least for the qualified with no job). There's this fren of mine who got recently job with a MNC n be working in US in 2 months time. As far as I can remember, this dude barely got through his papers while in UNI n he has to extend 2 years in order for him to complete his studies. All this are happening while there are my other friends who are trying like mad dogs to get job n there are also those who r really waiting an opportunity to proof their capability. Being in a position where I meet a lot of people for work purposes, it really surprises me the kind of people I meet. Some of them dun even deserve to be in the position they are, n yet this are the network administrator, engineers n so many other stuff. I say this because they really lack knowledge on how things work. For example met this dude who is in the IT dept knows shit about sharing internet connection from a broadband access. Ohhh boyyy... How did this morons got the job as a technical personal? N then, there's this group of people. Their only motive in life is to see more money. I guess the only thing that they can think of is, how to make more money, irrelevant to the kind of service they are providing. From my observation, every company has 3 main group of people. The decision makers, the coordinators and the implementers. The decision makers don't give a rats ass about how things are gonna be catered, as long as it's there n functioning they are happy about it. The implementers gets the last portion of the job, the portion where they actually implement watever was decided by the first group n the second group, thus giving them little headache. The group who's stuck in between this 2 groups are the coordinators, the one with major headache. This bunch of people try to accommodate the directions from the first group (so they dun get their ass screwd) n try to fit it in the best possible way in the real environment n also have to make sure that it can be implemented. Do away with corporate politics n race... It's an ugly thing
