Basic Law revisited ...

The project which I'm handling for the company most probably will be delayed by atleast 2 weeks. Well that's a real breather, since I really need more time to tie up the loose ends in the project. Actually I'm kinda happy that they gave me the chance to handle this project eventhough I'm considered quite new in the company. Well, so far so good, I've not screwd anything yet n if everything goes according to the plans on the paper, this project suppose to solve problems that have long existed. But something tells me (perhaps my subconscious mind) that this project might introduce a new variable for us to deal with. Well, let's just pray that this new variable will be something very small.

For the purpose of this project, I'm going through a legal contract document for the purchase of some software licenses. The whole process of reading through the document, trying to understand what it means n editing the crap is no fun at all. I can barelly understand what each sentence in the document means, n I have atleast 18 pages of this weird worded document to go through and understand it so that at the end of the purchase the company doesn't get it's ass screwd by the vendor. At the rate I'm goin, it's goin to take me forever before I get the whole document completed. Dammnnnn this lawyers. Y can't they just write in simple english rather then some elves language so that everybody can read and understand what the hell they actually trying to say. Hmmm, maybe if they did write in simple english then they might not have any work to do, I guess.
