Hell ride On leave today. No particular reason, just wanted to finish up my leaves before they expire. With nothing much to do at home, I went to KL, using public bus. Boy oh boy, that turned out to b a big mistake. It has been quite a while since I last went on public busses, today it came obvious y I have been avoiding the public bus service here. I had a terrible journey. Trip to KL was not too bad (I would have preferred if the air-con was in better condition) but the journey back was a nightmare. First, the bus was packed, so I had to sit right at the end of the bus . If u r a regular passenger then u'll agree with me that the back seats r the worse seats as u'll literally thrown out of ur seat each time the bus goes over a pothole. Secondly, the air-con was not working, with so many people in the bus it was like sitting in an oven. To make things worse, for some reason there was this steady flow of hot air coming from under the engine compartment n it was flowing on to my legs. I was sweating like hell through out the journey n my shirt was soaked by the time I reached home. The worse of all was that the windows were all sealed which means I’m doomed till I reach my destination. Just imagine that... Damnnnn I hate public bus companies. Each time they raise the fare they'll have 1001 n reasons, but they dun seem to b able to find a single reason to improve their service. I never had this kind of experience with public bus service in Singapore during my frequent visits there. Their bus service is super efficient n I've never waited more then 10 minutes for any of the busses there. Screw our public transportation system, it sucks big time. Something rather interesting happened during my hell ride back home. There was this group of secondary school girls (probably 16 or 17) who were giggling. Don’t know for wat reason there was this particular girl who kept turning n looking at me n was giggling with her friends. She was quite pretty n fair. Pretty sure that I didn’t look like a clown or dork at that time. Hmmm, not bad ah, I still have wat it takes to make some head turn. Well, being the normal idiotic me, I didn’t do anything, just smiled n walked away when the bus stopped.
