Pleasent Suprise
Met one of my senior from my uni in my dept today. She was there for a briefing session for Tmnet's new product based on StreamyX called PNA streamyX. Well watever the product is, Tmnet's service sucks ass big time. For the past one week alone the whole internet service from Tmnet went offline few times (in some cases for days). It's a real embarrassment for them being the countries largest ISP. N me being in the Customer service dept within Tmnet during this period, doesn't put me in a good situation. Coz each time customers have problem with their prodcut it'll b us in the CSR dept get all the screwing for something we r not responsible at all. Well coming back to my senior, she's doin pretty ok, atleast she enjoys her current job scope. N the best part is, she's been to Japan n quite few places in malaysia for training as well as for seminar purposes. According to her, the dept which i might b moving is under her dept. Well lets hope that my job will b as exciting as hers.
