Better day ?
In the office now. Really hoping that today will b better then yesterday. Things were pretty bad yest, Tmnet been having qute abit of problem for the past one week, n yest most of the customers just lost their patience. Most of the customers were super pissed with how things been goin on, n decided to give us a piece of their mind. N as we all know, the CSR r always the first layer of people to find out how pissed the customers. N let me tell u people, it's not pleasent being put in a such situation. Most of us got screwd by the customers through out the day. Well, my dear fren Siva also got his fair share of the whole thing. A customer called n yelled at him, hmmm, what would i have done if i were put in such a situation.... (something to ponder about). Thanks to my luck which has not been very kind to me for a long time, i got customers who were willing to listen to what i have to say without getting pissed. Well, things today morning doesn't look very promising, as i just got the news that the problems with the service have not been fully resolved. God, pls let the day pass by quickly. I've got to get my ass out of this dept as fast as possible, can't take of this crap any longer. Getting pissed on through out the day just kills ur motivation for the whole day.
